Major Accomplishments : support.onshore.net and engineered DSL at my home.

Duties:
Engineer multiple DSL & Ethernet networks with 100 – 750 users.
24 hour, 7 days a week network monitoring once a week, each month.
Propose, develop, implement, and maintain support.onshore.net.
Maintain abuse@onshore.com – virus/security/email issues.
Conduct technical support via phone, email, chat, and in home visits.

Grant's Appliacnes Electronics & More : (June 2001 - May 2005)
Title: Office Manager

Major Accomplishments : Hired employees and helped store grow in four years.

Duties:
Interviewed, hired, trained, scheduled, and delegated tasks for 3-5 employees.
Performed all administrative IT duties for store location.
Opened/closed store. Ran all necessary reports and balanced bank account.
